Iris is at Jasmine's apartment again, having a nice meal- some kind of pasta dish, since Jasmine cooked, and she likes it a lot. (Iris is secretly relieved, having for a moment thought it was some kind of weapon firing, despite knowing firsthand guns don’t sound like that.) Still, she looks out at it with worry, knowing she’s going to have to try to walk home through that…
Jasmine seems to tell what she’s thinking, though, and instead offers to let her stay overnight. Is that really okay, she asks, to which Jasmine does her usual dishonest puff. It’s fine, so she can stay, damnit. Iris practically flies over to hug her in gratitude.
After a couple more hours, the two finally settle down in bed to sleep for the night, but, well… Iris is kind of childishly excited to be sharing a bed with her girlfriend. She kisses her, but ends up holding it a little bit longer than perhaps she should, pressed right up against each other… Needless to say, from there, both of them kept escalating, until they banged right then and there.
